FarmVille 2 Southern Living Workshop Recipes: Everything you need to know

The new Southern Living item theme in FarmVille 2 has expanded out into the game's Crafting Workshop this week, as players can now create three items using the plants that are available to purchase in the store. We're here with a complete guide to these three new crafting recipes, which will be available for crafting for the next three weeks.

The first recipe is the Magnolia Bouquet, which is made using two Wool Bolts and eight Magnolia. The Wool Bolts are created using Wool from Sheep, while the Magnolias are earned by tending Magnolia Trees. These are available to purchase in the store for 12 Farm Bucks each, and a single tree can be harvested once every 18 hours. If you don't want to spend the Farm Bucks to purchase this tree yourself, you can also tend your friends' trees for a chance to earn some that way. Creating a single Bouquet gives you 25 XP, and you'll be able to sell it in the market for 3,990 coins.


The second recipe is for the Magnolia Wreath. This recipe requires eight more Magnolias, along with two Wool Thread Spindles to create. A single Wool Thread Spindle is made using Wool from both Rabbits and Sheep. Creating these Wreaths gives you 22 XP each, and you can sell a single Wreath for 3,460 coins.

The final recipe in this trio is the Indigo Bouquet. This recipe is made using one Wool Bolt and 12 Indigo per batch. The Indigo can be planted for 34 coins per square and harvested after four hours. You'll receive 17 XP for each one of these Indigo Bouquets you create, and you can sell each one for 2,500 coins in the store.

Again, these recipes will only be available for around the next 27 days, while the Magnolia Trees and Indigo crop are only available in the store for the next 20 days. Make sure to stock up on these items to earn as many coins as you can from these recipes!

FarmVille 2: Grow Prized Crops for the County Fair, coming soon

A new and potentially game changing update is set to launch in FarmVille 2 this week, as the County Fair will soon begin rolling out to farmers that have reached at least Level 20 in Zynga's second farming Facebook game.

With the launch of the County Fair, Prized Crops will become more important than they've ever been before. As players harvest Prized Crops on their farm (those crops that appear after you've harvested fertilized "normal" crops), they'll earn points that help to fill the County Fair's medal bar. The more Prized Crops players harvest, the more points they'll earn, and the more medals and prizes they can potentially win.

This County Fair will take place weekly, and at the end of the week, those players (in your own circle of friends) that earned the most points will receive "special bonuses and rewards."

Some of these rewards include the ability to earn more Visit Actions when visiting friends' farms, and the ability to "stock up" on more visitors that can come to your farm and tend items at once! This feature looks to be one that will roll out really slowly, so don't panic if you don't see it in your game just yet. We'll make sure to bring you the feature's complete details once we know more, so stay tuned!

FarmVille 2 Spring Bake Sale: Everything you need to know

It's time for a Spring Bake Sale in FarmVille 2, as players are now encouraged to bake a variety of pastries that will be used to earn a variety of both premium and basic rewards, from Baby Bottles to Horseshoes, and tons of items in between.

The first part of this Spring Bake Sale feature will see you building the actual Bake Sale Table. This item requires 10 Chalk, 10 Chalkboard Paint, and 10 Doilies to complete. These items are earned through a combination of general news posts placed on your wall and individual requests sent directly to your neighbors.

When you've collected these parts, you can finish the Spring Bake Sale Table by asking four friends to come work as helpers in the item.

After the Spring Bake Sale Table is completely finished, you'll be able to complete a series of quests in a similar fashion to the Florist Table. That is, each "Bake Sale" requires you to craft items to "sell," and you'll then need to ask friends to attend the sale to actually finish each Bake Sale off.

When you've completed the crafting, and have finished each individual Bake Sale, you'll receive rewards like Water, Power, Fertilizer, Speed-Grows, Flour, Broths, Pie Crusts, Baby Bottles, and more. There's no guarantee that you'll receive one item over another, but the list of potential prizes is rather large.

When you finish the entire event, which consists of five Bake Sales, you'll receive a Custom Farm Sign. You can have up to three Bake Sale Tables on your farmland at once, while Super Bake Sale Tables can be purchased with Farm Bucks in the store. These work similarly, come fully built, and offer you more rewards as you play the game. Good luck completing this Spring Bake Sale event in your game!

FarmVille 2 Mother's Day Kitchen Recipes: Everything you need to know

While the main focus of the Mother's Day item theme in FarmVille 2 may be on growing Red Tulips for mastery points, you can also complete a series of three new cooking recipes inside the game's Crafting Kitchen. These three recipes are centered around fruit dishes that any mother would love, and we're here with a guide on how to prepare each one. Let's get started!

The first recipe is the Grapefruit Waffle, which is made using two Batter and eight Pink Grapefruits per batch. The Batter comes from Wheat, Flour, and Eggs, while the Pink Grapefruits are harvested from the Pink Grapefruit Tree. A single tree can be purchased in the game's store for 12 Farm Bucks, and it can be harvest once every 16 hours. Creating this Grapefruit Waffle recipe gives you 25 XP and you can sell each batch for 3,820 coins in the store.



The second recipe is for an Orange Coffee Cake, which rewards you with 19 XP each time it's created. This recipe requires two Batter and one Orange Icing to make. The icing is made using Oranges and Butter, and you can sell each Orange Coffee Cake for 2,210 coins in the market.



The final recipe in this series is for Pink Grapefruit Brûlée. This recipe requires 12 Pink Grapefruits and four Sugar to make. The Sugar is earned by asking your friends to send some to you via individual requests. A single batch of this item can be sold for 3,140 coins, and you'll receive 17 XP for each one that you create.

These recipes will be available in the game's Crafting Kitchen for the next three weeks, while the Pink Grapefruit Trees will only be available to purchase for the next 20. Make sure to invest in this tree sooner, rather than later, if these recipes are things you're interested in making.

FarmVille 2 Spring Showers: Everything you need to know

Since Spring is typically associated with lots of rainfall, it's not surprising that we've seen Zynga bring Spring Showers to our farms in FarmVille 2. The new Spring Showers event will see you preparing your farm for a downpour, which will automatically water all of your active crops, along with making your farm overall more productive than it might be otherwise.

At the beginning of this event, the paper boy will deliver a newspaper to your farm. This serves as your event menu of sorts, as it lets you keep track of the three tasks you need to complete to bring Spring Showers to your farm.

Rain on the Horizon!

• Collect 5 Copper Buckets
• Collect 5 Plush Blue Towels
• Feed 5 Adult Goats

The Copper Buckets are earned via a news post placed on your wall, while the Plush Blue Towels are earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors. Once you complete all three of these tasks, it will start to pour down rain on your farm, automatically watering all of the crops that you've planted (but have yet to water), up to a maximum of 30 individual squares.

In addition to this crop-watering bonus, any limited edition crops or animals that you have on your farm will produce one more unit than normal when harvested / fed. While trees aren't automatically watered, the free crop watering is good enough to make this event worthwhile.

After it's rained on your farm, you can refresh your game to see a load of Spring flowers that have bloomed around your land, and you'll have a timer letting you know how long "Springtime" will last on your farm. When it's over, you can complete new tasks to bring Springtime back to the farm. You can complete these sorts of tasks as often as you'd like over a period of six weeks, so make sure to keep a constant eye on the newspaper by your market to see what you need to do to trigger more rain showers (and more free water) on your land.

FarmVille 2 Bee Box: Everything you need to know

If you're looking for a new feature to keep yourself busy in FarmVille 2, the new Bee Box is sure to be the thing for you. This Bee Box comes packed with bees that will fertilize your crops, giving you a chance to collect both Pollen and Honeycomb, and even earn a prize for your virtual farmer in the process. Of course, you can't use the Bee Box until it's built on your farm, which is where we come in for help.

First, you'll need to wait for Walter to arrive on your farm, as he further introduced this feature. You'll need to collect 10 Honeycomb Racks, 10 Brown Paint, and 10 Nails to complete the first stage of the Bee Box, with the Honeycomb Racks being earned through a general news item posted to your wall. The other two items are earned via individual requests sent directly to your neighbors. When you finish this first building stage, you can move on to asking your friends to come work in the item as staff before finally finishing it off.

With the Bee Box fully built, it will work somewhat passively on your farm. When you harvest crops from that point forward, you'll have a chance to receive Honey, which is a new collectible item similar to drops of yogurt. When the Bee Box is full of Honey, you can harvest it to have a chance at Honeycomb, the new "Gourmet Yogurt" of this event. Once you collect enough Honeycomb, you'll be able to trade it in to earn a Beekeepers outfit for your in-game avatar.

If nothing else, this Bee Box is rather small, so it can be built, used to collect the Beekeepers Outfit and then placed aside in the hopes that something else comes of this feature down the line. Good luck building your own Bee Box on your farm!

FarmVille 2 Honeysuckle Crafting Recipes: Everything you need to know

The second Crop Packet to launch in FarmVille 2 contains Honeysuckle, and as you might have guessed, it allows you plant Honeysuckle flowers on your farm over a period of two weeks. Like the Hibiscus Flowers before it, this Honeysuckle crop comes with three crafting recipes that can be "cooked" inside the game's Crafting Kitchen and Crafting Workshop, and we're here with a complete guide as to what these recipes contain.

First though, a reminder: These recipes will only be available to those that have purchased the Honeysuckle Crop Packet for 15 Farm Bucks in the store, or for those that are willing to pay for Honeysuckle units on a recipe-by-recipe basis.

The first recipe is called Honeysuckle Ice Cream, with these frozen treat being available inside the game's Crafting Kitchen. You can create a single batch of Honeysuckle Ice Cream using 12 Honeysuckle Flowers and one regular pint of Ice Cream. This regular Ice Cream is created using Half and Half and Sugar, with Sugar being earned by sending your friends requests for it directly. You can sell your new Honeysuckle Ice Cream items for 4,190 coins in the store, and you'll receive 24 XP for creating a single batch.
The second recipe is for a Honeysuckle Wreath, and it can be found inside the game's Crafting Workshop. This recipe requires 15 Honeysuckle and one Wool Thread Spindle to create. The Wool Thread Spindle can be made using just six Wool and two Fine Rabbit Wool, and you'll receive 23 XP for each Honeysuckle Wreath that you create. Each one can then be sold for 3,700 coins in the market.
The final recipe in this Honeysuckle themed trio is Honeysuckle Oil. This recipe is made using 15 Honeysuckle and eight Olives per batch. Olives come from Olive Trees, but if you're like me, you probably have hundreds of these things lying around just waiting for a purpose. You'll receive 21 XP for each Honeysuckle Oil you craft, and you can sell each one for 3,430 coins in the market.
These recipes are permanent additions to the store, so you don't have to purchase the Honeysuckle Crop Packet just yet if you'd rather save your Farm Bucks or just wait to plant and master this new crop. FarmVille 2 Coin Land Expansions: Everything you need to know

High-level FarmVille 2 players are now being rewarded for their hard work, as Zynga has rolled out the Waterpatch and "Horse Wilds" land expansions for coins, but only to players that have reached at least Level 43 and 48 in their games.

The Waterpatch expansion is located on the top right corner of the map, and it contains what looks to be both a stump and a rock to clear, along with a Well that will allow you to gain 10 extra water every few hours. This well comes completely built, so you'll be able to use it right away. This land expansion is now available to players that have reached at least Level 48 on their farms.

As for the Horse Wilds, this expansion is available for players that have reached Level 43. Reaching this expansion unlocks Appaloosa Horses and Flags as decorations for your farm. The expansion also comes with some debris to clear with the help of friends, so you won't earn all of this land space right away.

Of course, just because you're eligible to receive these expansions doesn't mean they'll simply be given to you for free. You'll need to collect a ton of land expansion permits, along with completing other tasks to actually unlock them. Good luck!

FarmVille 2 Lawn and Garden Week Kitchen Recipes: Everything you need to know

One of the most enjoyable parts about growing a garden is being able to use the items that you grow in other ways. Whether it be flowers that you place in an indoor vase or fruits and vegetables that you use for cooking, it only makes sense that Zynga would adopt this same idea with FarmVille 2's newest item theme: Lawn and Garden Week. There are three new crafting recipes available for completion inside the game's Crafting Kitchen, and we're here with a complete look at their requirements.

The first recipe is the Iced Apricot Poppy Cookie, which requires four Flour and 10 Poppy Apricots to cook. The Flour is earned using Wheat, while the Poppy Apricots are earned by tending the Poppy Apricot tree. A single Poppy Apricot Tree can be purchased in the store for 12 Farm Bucks, but if you don't want to spend the Farm Bucks yourself, you can try to tend your friends' trees for a chance to earn a few that way. You'll receive 16 XP for each batch of Cookies you create, and you'll be able to sell a single one for 3,110 coins.

The second of three recipes is the Apricot Poppy Crepe Pouch. This recipe is created using 12 Poppy Apricots and one Batter. You'll need to make Batter using Flour and Eggs, and you'll receive 16 XP for creating a single batch of these Crepe Pouches. You can sell them for 3,360 coins.
The final recipe in this series is a Radish Bite. The Radish Bites are created using two Batter and 10 Watermelon Radishes. Watermelon Radishes are planted using 36 coins per square and they can be harvested after growing for four hours. Each one of these Radish Bites is worth 16 XP and 2,230 coins.
These recipes will be available in the game's Crafting Kitchen for the next 27 days, so good luck creating them to stock up on coins!

CastleVille 'Morgana's Legacy' Quests: Everything you need to know

A brand new event and character has launched in CastleVille, as players are introduced to a young squire named Morgana. With Alistair's help, you'll be able to expand into a new part of the Gloom and restore a Jousting Field in a seven-part quest series called "Morgana's Legacy." We're here with a guide to completing these quests, with help from Zynga. Let's get started!

Voice in the Gloom

• Explore the Gloom
• Collect 2 Pails of Water from Ponds

The Gloom can be explored by having 100 Castle Level points, one Exploration Crystal, and 1,500 coins. When you finish this first simple quest, you'll receive 2,000 coins and 40 XP.

All for the Legacy

• Have 3 Bottles of Memory Dust
• Craft 6 Rope
• Have 4 Stone Blocks

The Bottles of Memory Dust are earned by posting a general request to your news feed, asking for help. Meanwhile, the Rope is created using Flax. You'll receive 2,000 coins and 40 XP when you finish this second quest.

Old, But Not Gold

• Tend 5 Flowers
• Craft 1 Cotton Cloth
• Craft 4 Restoration Talismans

The Cotton Cloth is made using Cotton Thread and Reputation Hearts, while the Restoration Talismans are created inside the Studio using those Bottles of Memory Dust, Pails of Water, Rainbow Feathers, and more. Finishing this third quest gives you 2,000 coins and 40 XP.

Take Five, Everyone!

• Craft 2 Carrot Cake
• Clear 6 Grass, Bushes, or Dead Logs

The Carrot Cakes are created inside the Kitchen using regular Cakes, and Carrots. The Cakes themselves are created after you've built both a Mill and a Bakery. Finishing this quest gives you yet another bundle of 2,000 coins and 40 XP.

A Curse for the Ages

• Have 5 Bags of Holding
• Craft 1 Keg
• Craft 9 Restoration Talismans

The Bags of Holding are earned by posting a general request to your news feed, while the Keg is made inside the Workshop using Alchemist Powders, Iron Bars, and Wood Planks. Finishing this quest gives you 3,250 coins and 65 XP.

FarmVille 2 "Be a Kid Again" Kitchen Recipes: Everything you need to know

The "Be a Kid Again" theme continues to expand in FarmVille 2 this week, as not only have items been released in the store, but a new trio of Crafting Workshop recipes have been released as well. Now, we're ready to take a look at the theme's three new food recipes, which carry on the "tiny" or "young" item theme. We're here with a guide on crafting these three new recipes, so let's get started!

The first recipe is Tangerine Lemonade, which is made using two Lemonade and 14 Pixie Tangerines. You'll receive 20 XP for each one you craft. While the Lemonade is made by combining Lemons and Water over multiple crafting steps, the Pixie Tangerines are earned by tending the tree of the same name: the Pixie Tangerine Tree. This tree is available to purchase in the store for 12 Farm Bucks, and can be harvested once every eight hours. If you don't want to spend the Farm Bucks on a tree yourself, you can tend your friends' trees (where applicable) for a chance to earn some. You can sell a single batch of Tangerine Lemonade for 2,990 coins in the market.
The second recipe is the Ladybug Tomato Cracker, which is made using 12 Cherry Tomatoes and 12 Olives (the olives apparently give the "ladybugs" their black spots. These Cherry Tomatoes can be planted for 30 coins per square. They take two hours to grow, so it definitely doesn't take very long to collect them in bulk. You'll receive 12 XP for each batch of Ladybug Tomato Crackers that you create, and you can sell a single one for 2,120 coins.
 
The final recipe in this trio is for Chocolate Tangerine Candy. Each batch of these pretty treats requires five Cocoa Powder and 12 Pixie Tangerines to create. The Cocoa Powder is earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors for help, while, again, the Pixie Tangerines are earned by tending those trees. When you create a single batch of Chocolate Tangerine Candy, you'll receive 17 XP, and you can sell that batch for 3,040 coins.

These recipes will be available in the Crafting Kitchen for the next 26 days, while the Pixie Tangerine Trees and Cherry Tomatoes will only be available in the store for the next 19 days. Make sure to plan ahead if you're looking to earn a lot of coins from these recipes and ingredients.

FarmVille 2 Nesting Baby Deer: Everything you need to know

A brand new "lonely animal" feature has started rolling out to players in FarmVille 2, as we're now encouraged to help a Nesting Baby Deer become reunited with its mother. This feature may not be available to all farmers just yet, but we're here with a guide on what to expect, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!

To help the Nesting Baby Deer, you'll need to complete three tasks:

Finish the Deer Nest Building Project
Collect 4 Wildflower Seeds
Craft 4 Strawberry Ice Cream

The Deer Nest can be built by collecting 10 Salt Licks, 10 Crates of Rocks, and 10 Deer Bedding. The Salt Licks are earned by posting a general request to your news feed, while the other two items are earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors for help. After you've collected those three sets of items, you'll need to ask four friends to come work inside the project to actually finish it off.

As for the Wildflower Seeds, these are earned by finishing quests that are given out by Marie. Again though, you might not have these quests available to you just yet. Once you do get them, you'll need to finish them by planting new crops, crafting items in the Kitchen, asking your friends to send you goodies, and by completing Grocer tasks, among other requirements.

The final task here asks you to create four Strawberry Ice Cream. A single batch of Strawberry Ice Cream can be created inside the Crafting Kitchen using one Ice Cream and eight Strawberries. The Ice Cream is made through another crafting process requiring Half and Half and Sugar.
After you've completed all three of these lengthy tasks, you'll receive the baby White-Tailed Deer on your farm, and you can then raise it as normal. This event will only be available for the next two weeks, so we wish you the best of luck completing this event!

FarmVille 2 Heirloom Crafting Kiln Recipes: Everything you need to know

Back in February, Zynga released the first set of Heirloom Recipes in FarmVille 2. These recipes were incredibly limited edition, giving players only a few days to create items for XP and coins. Now, a second set of extremely time-limited recipes has been released in the game's Crafting Kiln. We're here with a look at these three recipes, so let's get started!

The first recipes is the Stained Glass Butterfly, which can be created using one Metal Frame and four pieces of Glass. The Glass is earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors to send you some. A single Stained Glass Butterfly can be sold for 500 coins, but the bigger prize here is the 58 XP you'll receive for creating a single one.
 
The second recipe is a Blue Plate, which is created using one Blue Glaze and two Terracotta. Both of these items require crafting with the Blue Glaze being created by combining Blueberries and Mud, and the Terracotta coming from Mud and Wool. Each one of these Blue Plates can be sold for 500 coins, but you'll receive 95 XP for creating a single one.

The final recipe in this trio is the Glass Hummingbird, which is created using one Blue Glaze and one Fired Glass. A single piece of Fired Glass is created using a batch of Porcelain and three Pieces of Glass. The Porcelain is made using four units of Mud. A single Glass Hummingbird is worth just another 500 coins, and you'll receive 89 XP for each one you create.
Remember, when you create any recipe inside the Crafting Kiln, you'll boost the double XP meter. When filled, you'll have a limited amount of time to earn double the XP on all of the recipes you create inside this Kiln. If you focus on creating extra units of each of these recipes, you could very quickly boost yourself to the next level, potentially unlocking new items in the store or even a new land expansion for your farm. FarmVille Hanging Gardens: Explore and uncover new worlds of farming

This week, FarmVille started rolling out a new Hanging Gardens farm. Hold on a second, a new FarmVille farm already?! Well, sort of. FarmVille Hanging Gardens is a new FarmVille mini-expansion. Think of it as Sunflower Meadows with more of a purpose and unique experience for farmers. It borrows some familiar attributes from regular full-sized FarmVille farms, but on a smaller scale and with treasure hunting in mind. Before we get into the juicy details, note that this new farm is on a slow roll out, so not every player has access yet. If you are still waiting to travel, hold tight and in the meantime read on for the scoop on everything you need to know about Hanging Gardens.

Welcome to Hanging Gardens
The first piece of good news is that Hanging Gardens is free! There is no paid early access and soon every farmer will be able to travel there for free and without having to pay Farm Cash.

So if Hanging Gardens isn't a real full versioned farm- what's the point? Hanging Gardens offers a new challenge and area of gameplay that you can participate in at your own pace. It's something new in FarmVille that may spark your interest and if it doesn't that's okay too. Keep in mind, it's also an opportunity to snag some free rewards such as exclusive decorations, animals, trees, and useful items such as Insta-Grow for your FarmVille farms. And what you're probably wondering- at what cost? How much time, work, and effort will you have to contribute to Hanging Gardens is up to you, but simply farming as usual on any of your FarmVille farms allows you to progress in Hanging Gardens.

Upon arriving in FarmVille Hanging Gardens, you will be greeted by Farmer Bob who serves as your tour guide to the new farm space. He'll show you around and how things work and even help you clear your first plot of tall grass.
 
Exploring the World of Hanging Gardens & Uncovering Treasures
Listen up, FarmVille treasure hunters- Hanging Gardens is covered in tall grass. Hidden beneath the plots of tall grass are exclusive rewards waiting to be uncovered and put to good use on your farm. It's your job to clear the weeds and restore the land to its former beauty and to do it you'll need lots of Golden Trowels. The treasure hunting in Hanging Gardens works similar to uncovering treasure on any of the recent FarmVille destination farms. Here, each plot of tall grass is like a treasure chest in FarmVille Atlantis. To clear the plot of tall grass you will need a certain number of Golden Trowels.

Golden Trowels can be found while you are farming any of your FarmVille farms or also crafted in your Hanging Gardens Tool Shed using the Golden Trowel recipe.

Every time you plow, plant, or harvest any crop on any of your FarmVille farms you can find Golden Trowels. Additionally, whenever you harvest any of your FarmVille animal pens or Orchards, you can also find Golden Trowels. The Golden Trowels you find while farming will automatically be added to your Golden Trowel inventory in Hanging Gardens and are available for use there. They do not go to your FarmVille Gift Box. If you opt to craft Golden Trowels using your Garden Tool Shed, at first you can only craft twenty Golden Trowels at a time. Then, as you level-up your crafting you will unlock the ability to craft Golden Trowels in batches of forty and eighty. To craft Golden Trowels you will need to stock up on the following ingredients as required by its recipe listed below.

Hanging Gardens presents itself as a series of stages that must be unlocked in order and each stage requires more Golden Trowels as you progress. Each stage of Hanging Gardens has a different theme that coordinates with the treasures that you uncover per stage. Once a stage is cleared, it's up to you what you want to do with the space. You can farm there or decorate as you please. Hanging Gardens is equipped with its own Storage Cellar that is linked to all your other storage buildings in FarmVille. This means there is no need for a Shipping License to Hanging Gardens! You can use any of your old stored items at will. Another incentive to beat Hanging Gardens- if you complete all the stages, Hanging Gardens can be harvested for one Insta-Grow per week! Who can complain about that? Zynga made some good moves on this new mini farm feature-- making it free, providing a new incentive for farming in general on any FarmVille farm, packing it with exclusive gifts, and foregoing a Shipping License for comprehensive storage.

FarmVille 2 Butterfly House: Everything you need to know

The newest event in FarmVille 2 surrounds a lovely baby horse that likes to play with Butterflies. With that in mind, you'll need to build a new Butterfly House on your farm and fill it with Butterflies in order to lure the baby horse onto your farm! We're here with a guide to this new Butterfly House feature, with help from Zynga. Let's get started!

The Butterfly House is a small frame that can be placed on your farm for free. From there, it requires 10 Flower Cuttings, 10 Bronze Hinges, and 10 Coral Paint to complete. These items are earned through a combination of general requests on your news feed and individual requests sent directly to your neighbors. After that, you'll need to ask four friends to come work in the item before actually finishing it off.

When you finish the Butterfly House, you'll be able to collect Butterflies by harvesting trees or by "catching" them inside the Crafting Workshop. This event is similar to the Valentine's Day Sweetheart Tree (as one example), as the Butterfly House is full of four prizes that can be earned by collecting as many Butterflies as possible. Only after you've earned all four regular prizes within the Butterfly House will you be given the free baby horse.

Here's the breakdown of the four prizes:

13 Butterflies - Butterfly Flower Pot
28 Butterflies - Butterfly Chair
53 Butterflies - Purple Lilac Tree
94 Butterflies - Butterfly Terrarium
To craft the Butterflies inside the Crafting Workshop, you'll need to first collect Butterfly Nets by posting a general request for them on your news feed. After that, it's a matter of combining those nets with either Daisies or Irises, depending on how many butterflies you'd like to catch at once. For the record, Butterflies allow you to catch three Butterflies with three Nets, while Irises allow you to catch two Butterflies with two Nets.

FarmVille 2 Fabulous French Gardens Workshop Recipes: Everything you need to know

Since both of the crops released in the Fabulous French Gardens theme in FarmVille 2 are flowers, it makes sense that we wouldn't see any new food recipes available for cooking using those items in the game's Crafting Kitchen.

Instead, we've seen three new recipes launch in the Crafting Workshop, allowing you to use your new Crimean Irises to create three lovely crafts. We're here with a look at these recipes, which will all be available for the next 27 days in your game.

The first recipe is the Crimean Iris Corsage, which is available to create using eight Crimean Irises and one Wool Thread Spindle.

The Irises can be planted for 30 coins per square and harvested after two hours, while the Wool Thread Spindle is created using six Wool and two Fine Rabbit Wool each.

Crafting a single Crimean Iris Corsage gives you 15 XP, and you'll receive 2,030 coins for each one you sell.
The second recipe is the Crimean Iris Bouquet, which can be made using 10 Crimean Irises and one Wool Bolt each. The Wool Bolt is made from just four units of normal wool. Creating a single Crimean Iris Bouquet rewards you with 15 XP, and you can sell a single one for 2,030 coins in the store.
The third and final recipe in this theme is the Crimean Iris Wreath. It's made using eight Crimean Irises and eight Pink Lilacs. While the Crimean Irises are technically free to collect, these Pink Lilacs are earned from the Pink Lilac Tree, which costs 12 Farm Bucks to purchase in the store. A single Pink Lilac Tree can be tended once every 12 hours, but if you don't want to purchase one of these trees yourself, you can also tend your friends' trees (if they buy one, that is) for a chance to earn a few Lilacs for your own farm.

Whatever the case, if you do end up creating any of these Wreaths, you'll receive 14 XP for each one you make and can sell a single one for 2,060 coins in the store.
These recipes will all be available for the next 27 days, while the themed items (including the Crimean Iris crop) will be available for around 20 days. Good luck making a ton of money off of these limited edition recipes.

FarmVille Celebrates April Fools' Day with Toilet Paper!

April 1st is April Fools' Day and FarmVille is in the spirit of trickery by gifting every farmer free Toilet Paper! Toilet Paper can be found in your FarmVille Gift Box and every farmer will receive one roll for free.

You can then use your Toilet Paper to TP a neighbor's farm, specifically their Barn. You are only able to TP Barns. Nice job Zynga gods.
